Over 15 years experience in investment banking, Paolo started his career in Arthur Andersen, in the audit of relevant industrial groups operating in the Construction, Transportation and Food & Beverage industries. In 1999 he joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, where he developed a significant experience in M&A and corporate finance activities for relevant industrial players such as Telecom Italia, Finmeccanica, ENI, Ferrovie dello Stato, Fintecna and HP/Compaq Group. In 2003 he co-founded EnVent S.p.A.an independent Corporate Finance and M&A firm. In 2014 he co-founded in London EnVent Capital Markets Limited, a UK and Italian independent investment banking firm and corporate broker passported in EEA dedicated to European SMEs where he is Head of the Equity Capital Markets team.
