Over 30 years’ experience in the Investment and Merchant Banking, he is Founding Partner and CEO of EnVent Group an independent investing banking firm and corporate broker dedicated to the SMEs, focused in the European Mid-Market and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and by CONSOB and Banca d’Italia.

EnVent is operating on LSE and Aquis Exchange in UK, Borsa Italiana, Euronext Paris and Wiener Börse capital markets.

Prior to founding EnVent he held a variety of senior positions in investment and merchant banking industry.

He received a B.A. with highest honors in Economics from Federico II University in Naples, with final dissertation on “The joint-venture as a strategy for the international development. The FIAT IVECO/Rockwell   business case”

He has been member of the Andersen Advisory Board Italy.

He served as Observer Director for Del Monte Pacific, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
